Made according to the recipes of our mothers and grandmothers. They are all prepared with our Lento & Stirred method, which cooks over low heat, stirring the sauce for 50 minutes. And herein lies the secret of our practicality: more than an hour of preparation on our behalf and only a few minutes for you heat and enjoy.
