Refund policy
We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be spoiled or received in an inedible/unsafe state. Inedible/unsafe state is defined as the "perishable Items" being received above 38 degrees Fahrenheit, Cryovac being broken, or seals broken on jarred/canned goods. Food is NOT able to be returned. If any other the above stated conditions apply to your order you must discard the product and contact info@asfinefoods.com.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@asfinefoods.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund the cost of the product/products to the card used to purchase or Paypal account used to purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spoiled or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No food products are able to be returned. But, all products in our store that were purchased with either Paypal or a Personal Credit Card/Debit Card are able to be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not except exchanges because food products are unable to be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been accepted or rejected. This is after speaking with one of our representatives and providing pictorial evidence or explanation of issue in detail. Once accepted we will issue refund for the item to the credit card, debit card, or Paypal account used to purchase the item.
